State Senator, Valde Garcia, R-Howell, welcomed the veteran entrepreneurs to the Flint conference. Garcia, served nine years with the U.S. Army before becoming a member of the Army Reserve. He holds the rank of Colonel and served on active duty during Operation Desert Storm.
